Position Title: Software Developer (Scrum Master)
Location: 111 Founders Plaza, Suite 1701, East Hartford, CT 06108
Position Responsibilities: Conduct software development as lead Scrum team master, responsible for Agile/Scrum engineering, processes, and related technical support. Define and execute Scrum software deliverables. Develop applications and systems and participate in full product lifecycle. Support software feature enhancements. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field PLUS two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. In lieu of Master’s PLUS two (2) years of experience, will accept Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Professional experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Agile Scrum framework; C++; C#; Linux; Windows; Java; Shell Scripts; Rally; JIRA; Confluence; ClearQuest; and, ClearCase; Software Development for Systems Engineering / Product Development Environment. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
