Job Description:
Fast growing strata and commercial property service company looking for an Office Manager to take control of the general management of the company, public relation, and marketing, as well as business development in the local Asian communities. Reporting directly to the President, this is the company’s key role to ensure the soundness of the operation.

The Company:
Knightsbridge Property Services (the ‘Company’) provides exterior and janitorial services over 500 strata and commercial clients for over 30 years. The company is based at a brand-new warehouse in Port Coquitlam and operates across Vancouver Lower Mainland from West Vancouver to Abbotsford. Our service package includes but not limited to power washing, window washing, janitorial services, building washing, roof cleaning and moss treatment, dry vent cleaning, and pool and pond maintenance. We provide one-time service as well as annual maintenance package that tailors to each customer’s needs.

The Opportunity:
The Company has been growing rapidly in recent years through organic growth as well as acquisitions. Currently, the Company has grown into a sizable operation with multiple business lines and crews. In light of continued investment and the expansion plan, the company plans to seek for a talented and enthusiastic Office Manager with strong business development capacity and operation experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review and update new procedures.
• Establish work priorities, assign work to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met; develop and execute on a sustained growth strategy to increase sales while focusing on a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate for office services activities, such as distribute mail, email, correspondence memos, letters, fax, forms, parking, purchase office supplies, etc.
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operation related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management process.
• Oversee company operation with a focus on accounting, finance, marketing, and HR. Provide financial and operating analysis to General Manager on a bi-weekly basis.
• Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with property management firms and building owners with a focus on the Asian communities;
• Achieve gross and net margin goals;
• Perform investor relation activities and prepare investor report;
• Build a long-term relationship with various internal and external stakeholders;

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, administration or relate area is Preferred.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years of B2B business development (preferably with large residential and commercial property management firms)
• Experience of at least 1 year in business administration, bookkeeping and financial analysis experience
• Experience of at least 1 year of people management experience with 10 and more
• Well-rounded skills sets in both operation and business development
• Self-motivated and accountable to the organization’s goals and vision
• High level of business acumen, including exceptional and attentive customer service, keen negotiation, and diligent in meeting deadlines.
• Aptitude with Microsoft Office products, CRM systems, and Job Management apps
• Excellent communication skills. Being able to speak Chinese is an asset.

Compensation:
Annual base salary of 46,000 to 59,000 (Based on 30 to 40 hours per weeks) plus bonus and commission upon discussion. 3-month probation period. Medical and benefits provided after probation.
