Summary of Position:
*Guiding and directing the overall HR services, policies, and programs for the entire organization.
*Staffing, Employee Relations, Training, Development, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Compliance, and Organizational Development.
*Leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that focuses on quality, productivity, accountability, and the recruitment, retention and ongoing development of an excellent workforce.
*You will report to the Operations Director, and Executive Management Team


Duties & Responsibilities:
*Implement HR programs, and monitors the administration of established standards, and procedures. Finds opportunities for improvements, and resolve discrepancies.
*Develop, Implement, and Maintains HR policies, programs, and practices keeping management informed of new developments.
*Provides education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
*Monitors and advises managers of employee relation issues when employee/customer complains or concerns brought forth.
Establishes wage/salary structures, develops pay program budget recommendations and administers pay programs.


Organization Responsibilities:
*Creates a culture of service excellence that anticipates and responds to the needs of customers.
*Performs all tasks that reflect the highest ethical and professional standards.
Ensures and protects the confidentiality of sensitive information.
*Complies with all federal, state, and local laws regulating the provision of professional services.
*Attends mandatory training or meetings as required consistently.


Education Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development. A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.


Abilities:
Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and procedures. Ability to coordinate effectively to interpret established policies into operational processes. Effectively use verbal and written communication skills. Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation benefits, planning and development, employee relations training, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to lead and develop others. Communicate effectively using verbal and written communication skills in multiple relationships with a variety of cultural and social backgrounds.
