Wage: $24 per hour, working hours 40 per week.
Qualified Candidate must have:
College diploma of minimum 1 year in same field.
Must have minimum 1 year of work experience in same field.
Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday to friday); 40 Hours.
Overtime may be necesaary as required.
Fast Pace work environment. Attention to details.
Benefits: Paid sick leave (10 days maximum/ year)
Improving the work process by ensuring organization and implenting.
Procedures on setting up nad maintaing and computerizd information filing systems.
Providing administrative support by preparing documents, invoices and other reports needed. Answering quieries, arranging and referring for required services.
Ordering office supplies nad coordinating with suppliers/ vendors for supplies.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintain expenses sheets and other transaction etc.
