Job Description:
Blueberry and raspberry farm requires a full time Farm Supervisor.
Starting wage $19.00/hour; 40 + hrs/week
Candidate will work under the direction of the Farm Manager to ensure farm operations are completed in a timely manner; 2 years supervisory experience required
Duties include scheduling, coordinating and participating in the direction of farm labor crews in the planting, fertilizing, weeding, irrigation, cultivation, pruning, harvesting, sorting, packing berries;
Candidate must be able to maintain production, quality control and worksafebc records and reporting; supervise company and contract workers, and ensure farm safety rules and procedures are followed.
