Currently we are looking to hire for a Dog Grooming Establishment Manager.

• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Responsible for hiring & training of groomers
• Perform Hands on Pet assessment on all pets to recommend services and build trust with the pet parents
• Perform dog grooming services to breed standards and to client’s personal preferences and hold your groomers to those same standards
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action whenever necessary
