Job Description:
MAXIMUS is currently looking for a Senior Project Lead to join our CCO team. This position can be located at any CCO location (Bogalusa, Chester, Hattiesburg, Lawrence, London, Lynn Haven, Phoenix, Tampa, Sandy, Winchester). The Senior Project Lead will be responsible for planning managing and executing large scale projects that will benefit the CCO organization.

Plan, manage, and execute large scale projects that affect the organization in a positive way through continuous improvement and innovative ideas.
Analyze data sets to form findings from numbers.
Collect data from various sources including Deltek, the SOW, data calls, and meetings to generate reports and deliverables for project reporting to include Monthly Project Reviews, weekly staffing reports, ad hoc reports as requested by the government and MAXIMUS leadership.
Utilize excellent writing and presentation skills to produce well thought-out process change recommendations.
Interface with front line employees to gather and document information through well-built working relationships.
Assist Operations with client requests by developing solid written responses and white papers.
Assist the project team with the development of presentations, updates to administrative documentation and the documentation of deliverables.
Develop and provide inputs for monthly and weekly progress reports.
Schedule various meetings and create meeting minutes.
Record and track meetings, minutes and progress on action items.
Support follow up and documentation of daily operational issues.
Work with other project team members (both internally and externally) to determine the document contents.
Maintain and track documentation on SharePoint.
Provide writing and editing support for team members, ensuring documents are properly formatted and that grammar, punctuation, and verb tense are correct.
Potentially manage 1 or more direct reports assisting with projects.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
