Compensation for our Marketing Manager

• $35-$55/hour depending on experience.
• Start out working 3-days/week and then if you desire, transition quickly to full time salaried employee.
• Once you’re on salary, the position includes health insurance, paid time off, quarterly bonus, and 401K retirement account

What you’ll do as our Marketing Manager

• Plan, implement, manage all company-wide marketing strategies
• Create all advertisements, webpage content, social media, materials for trade shows, etc.
• Work directly with sales team to generate additional leads.
• Supervise company-wide rebranding — give us a fresh new look!

Job Requirements:
4+ years of marketing/branding/advertising experience.
• Ability to work independently and think creatively, and take initiative.
• Confidence and a "can-do” attitude.
• Proven track record of success at previous marketing/advertising positions.
• Ability to effectively manage subordinates.
• Clean background and drug-free (pre-employment test required).
• No prior experience required in the gas and steam turbine industry.
