Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst for Billing and Dispatch to join their growing team. As part of the company's Customer Happiness Assurance Department, you are responsible for making sure customers are happy and successful. The Technical Support Analyst role is critical to customer success and requires the person to have a deep level of technical knowledge and be great at providing solutions in easy to understand terms. This role may also streamline and/or performance tune processes to ensure customers are getting the most out of the product. In this position it is important to be able to communicate customer needs to the Product and Development teams.
