Job Description:
Altima Contracting Ltd. located at 8029 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC V5X 3X5 requires 3 Drywall Tapers on a full-time, permanent basis to start ASAP.
Salary: $27.00 to $29.00/Hourly

Job duties and Responsibilities:
• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster
• Clean and prepare surfaces
• Sand rough spots of dried cement between applications of compounds.
• Cure freshly plastered surfaces
• Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
• Press paper tape over joints to embed tape into sealing compound and to seal joints.
• Apply additional coats to fill in holes and make surfaces smooth.
• Seal joints between plasterboard or other wallboard to prepare wall surfaces for painting or papering.
• Remove excess materials from finished construction projects.
