The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for reviewing and updating existing pay programs and developing new pay programs. Taking note of any inefficiencies or areas in need of improvement in current process and prepares improvement recommendations along with supporting evidence. Identify relevant market data and trends regarding employee salaries, ensuring consistency and alignment with current business needs and present competitive and reasonable recommendations. Assist in preparation of merit increase process, projects, incentive programs and budgeting. Review and monitor employee pay and recommend reviews if necessary. Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management. Write job descriptions and maintain database of all job descriptions. Collaborate with HR Partners and Supervisors in promotions presetting compensation analysis recommendations.
