BLUE CAP FARM IS LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME PERMANENT FARM SUPERVISOR.
Title: FARM SUPERVISOR
NOC: 8252
Location: Abbotsford
Salary: $20.00 per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience required
MAIN DUTIES OF A FARM SUPERVISOR
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Supervise and oversee growing and other fruit trees-related operations
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• May perform general farm duties
• Plans and supervises the planting, cultivating, harvesting and storing of fruits.
• Makes reports on time, equipment, materials, and production;
• Keeps records and prepares estimates of needs
