Job Description:
Part time and Full time positions available, with flexibility to work from home. We are looking for highly motivated, professional appointment setters, to assist our Sales Team with qualified appointments. Hourly commission bonus opportunity, based on number of appointments scheduled.

Job Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities
• Work directly with Sales Manager to develop and cultivate new leads
• Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments for Sales Team
• Make calls, log call data and resulting follow-up tasks in our CRM platform
• Achieve goals for productivity, hours, quality of calls, and sales appointments
• Undergo regular training to improve skill set
• Part-time Appointment Setters will work 20 hours per week, focusing primarily on calling and setting appointments with business prospects
• Full-time Appointment Setters will work full time, calling and setting appointments as well as assisting with marketing and sales efforts for the company.
Job Qualifications
• At least 1 year of demonstrated successes in a B2B appointment setting role
• Confidence on the phone when speaking with senior executives at large enterprises
• Energy, persuasive by nature, and a strong level of entrepreneurship
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with good internet connection and clear phone line
• Can work in small business environment where processes are not all laid out and documented. Keen self-directional skills with the ability to prioritize
• Quick-learner with the ability to adhere to and utilize company-taught sales processes
• Computer skills required including knowledge working with various software programs, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), CRM and email programs
• Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure in stressful situations
• Self-motivated, organized and independent. Has the ability to work on their own.
