The Procurement Center of Excellence is responsible for developing, deploying, and engraining best practices throughout the organization related to spend analytics, sourcing and procurement processes, spend and vendor management, reporting, and savings tracking. The Procurement Center of Excellence team will take a consultative approach to supporting not only the Strategic Sourcing team, but also stakeholders in Finance and business teams across the enterprise. The CoE will also support the overall procurement function, developing a strategic vision and plan for Analytics, Contract Creation, Market Intelligence, Purchasing Cards, Procurement Process Design / Improvement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sourcing Tools, System Support, and Training. This role reports into the Chief Procurement Officer.

Essential Functions

The Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for accelerating the value contribution of the procurement organization through governance, creating and delivering advanced reporting across stakeholder bodies and leading organizational programs led by Procurement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Oversee coordination and alignment of the many initiatives in flight within the procurement organization
* Bring attention to highest priority initiatives considering the pipeline in its entirety and ensure the pipeline progresses at highest possible velocity
* Enable optimal communication with various stakeholders that partner with procurement in an effort to achieve savings through reporting and various communication forums
* Partner with Finance to right-fit methodologies as they relate to procurement and to optimize operations between the two organizations
* Assist CPO with creation of Board level reporting requirements
* Partner with Legal on contracting efficiencies and standardization
* Assist in benchmarks and reporting on Procurement's performance
* Support the design, development and ongoing improvement of Procurement Governance
* Responsible for monitoring of Procurement and end user compliance with Procurement Governance
* Develop a comprehensive set of processes to provide back-office support to category management and site procurement team
* Responsible for objective setting and performance review for direct reports.
* Identifies and addresses performance issues and training needs at a functional and departmental level.
* Serves as a resource and mentor to direct reports and other less experienced staff.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar
* 5+ years’ experience working within Procurement or Finance disciplines
* 2+ years of leadership/management experience
* Proven deep knowledge of sourcing operations, transactions management, supply chain technology and risk management
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
* Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling verbal and written communications and presentations
* Advanced analytical skills
* Ability to work cross functionally with global teams to balance solutions in accordance with budget, schedule and tools
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment – Should be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
* Attention to detail - Should be able to complete accurate data entry and develop accurate written materials
* Action orientated - Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
