DNA Health MapTM ( is looking for a Next Generation Healthcare Leader in our Sales Department. We provide DNA analysis with a customized online consultation by a highly-qualified physician. Our platform discusses the individualized results and provides suggestions for a client’s healthier future.

DNA Health MapTM is the first service platform using whole genome sequencing with a high profiled analysis by two adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University and a medical doctor specialized in bioinformatics.

Job Description

DNA Health MapTM is looking for driven professionals that believe in the importance of Personalized Medicine. We are looking for a sales professional who has excellent verbal communication skills, articulating our service in a way that helps customers understand how their lives can be significantly impacted by discovering their DNA health map. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in genomics. As a sales representative, you are the voice of the company and an advocate for Precision Medicine. Your role is to reach out to companies and customers, describing to them the services we offer at DNA Health MapTM. You are not just selling a service; you are helping the company and customers understand that this could prevent disease and help them take control of their lives. The ideal candidate will be able to express the vision of the company and answer the customers’ questions with enthusiasm.

Identify and develop key accounts in the territory, plan and schedule face-to-face meetings and calls to current and potential customers at multiple organizational levels.
Collaborate with industry partners and build B2B relationships.
Build a trusting rapport and strong relationship with customers across multiple points of contact.
Professionally and tactfully address customer objections.
Manage and grow both small and large accounts.
Demonstrate use of selling skills in the field, such as making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, asking high gain questions, creating a value proposition and closing.
Develop and execute supply agreements to support new and existing business.
Work collaboratively within the inside sales, product development and marketing teams.
Represent the company at local trade shows and conferences.
Participate in sales meetings and prepare monthly territory status reports.
Gather and review product market trends and competitive landscape to identify target markets and develop lead generation strategies.
Set up, coordinate and host technical seminars at customers sites or in local regions.
Prepare and apply strategic account-based marketing plans.
Effectively put together targeted sales plans based on decision maker titles.
Analytically assess customer data and draw tactical conclusions.
Conduct quarterly forecasting.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors in a science or related field; and
Experience in sales (preferred over 5 years).

Compensation and Note

Commensurate with experience. Significant Bonus Potential.
