Permanent Position: Farm Manager (NOC- 0821)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Wage Rate: $20.00-$22.00 Hourly for 40.00 Hours per week

Type of Farm Operations: Vegetables, Fruits and Field crops.
Job Duties: Manage the overall operations of a farm
• Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown
• Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities;
• Hire and manage farm personnel
• Establish a marketing program
• Develop and keep financial and production records
• Purchase farm machinery, seed, and other supplies
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Perform farming duties.
Additional Skills: Develop work schedules and establish procedures, Maintain quality control and production records, and Train workers
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, large workload
Other Information: Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be willing to work on all shifts.
