Job Description:

The senior analyst is responsible for reporting, data analysis, process improvements, and spreading best practices specific to the talent acquisition function across the organization. The senior analyst will develop weekly, monthly, and dashboard reports specific to talent acquisition metrics utilized by project and corporate leadership to drive decision on current and future initiatives. The senior analyst will also provide analysis and recommendations based on the data to align with MAXIMUS Human Capital's data driven decision making model. The senior analyst will also help replicate best practices across the organization by ensuring scalability of pilot projects and assisting with implementation and roll out of new projects.

Experience Required
o Reporting, dashboard, and data analysis experience.
o Experience creating and updating documentation to include: system and process workflows, SOPs, training guides, and more as needed.
o Excellent communication skills including but not limited to gathering requirements, presenting analytical findings, and presenting to small and large audiences across the organization.
o Ability to manage small projects utilizing resources from diverse teams.
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred
o Reporting and data analysis specific to ATS, HCM, and HRIS systems. Experience with Workday and/or iCIMS highly preferred.
o Systems testing and documentation experience.
o Train small and large populations on process changes, best practices, and utilizing and understanding reported data.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Project, and other software applications



  • Responsible for performing high level analyses of numerous Human Capital programs and initiatives and making recommendations for continuous process improvement.
