Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

- We are looking for 1 Specialty Chef that will focus more on Raw Food production. Raw food chef skills required are: refined food styling and plating, converting cooked recipes to raw by using different dehydrating, fermenting, and marinating techniques. Preparing raw food meals and presenting them in accordance with company's standards.

- We are looking for 1 Specialty Chef that will focus more on Dim Sum production. Dim Sum Chef skills required are: development and smooth opening of the Dim Sum Kitchen Operation. Ensures that the Dim Sum Kitchen is managed efficiently and according to the established concept statements. Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality ingredients and ensure market lists are completed on a daily and weekly basis. Formulating, coordinating and cooking meal preparation and implementation in the Dim Sum Kitchen.
