Job Description:
- Lead and coordinates the financial planning and analysis process for the company’s departments.
- Lead and manage annual budgeting process and regular forecast cycles and prepare meaningful information and analytics to support budget and forecast execution
- Participate as a key member of the team for due diligence and to establish plans for the integration of acquired firms and new lines of business. Lead the integration for newly acquired firms.
- Understand and help develop business strategy providing relevant insights into business performance, and support and influence key operational and strategic decisions.
- Define the company’s risk strategy.
- Provide risk management guidance across the organization.
- Organize and direct Risk Management and Analysis Department.
- Build high performance teams with the best skills and talents to ensure impeccable performance at all time; Supervise, train and coach the leaders and specialists of such teams;
- Develop and execute a high-quality risk control and risk consulting practice that will cost effectively meet the present and future needs of our clients, company and prospects.
- Develop data analytics to understand and interpret performance within the business using data resources, analytical tools and techniques and providing insightful and actionable recommendations.
- Be responsible for a variety of both monthly and ad hoc analysis pertaining to financial performance, client profitability and practice profitability
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights for specific business needs
- Work cross functionally with departments (i.e. Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT) on cross functional projects, day to day risk management and business process improvement initiatives.
- Leading and coordinating work efforts with external and internal stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:
- Master Degree in Economics and Engineering (preferably in Economics and Engineering Management).
- A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in financial planning and risk management in a large private or public sector organization.
- Experience in re-organizing / organizing private banking organizations.
- Strong expertise in analyzing the investment potential of industrial enterprises, as well as mechanisms for assessing the economic reliability of investment potential of industrial enterprises.
- Technical and analytical knowledge and understanding of engineering graphics, engineering informatics, system analysis, industry – specifically energy systems, markets and management.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and identify critical issues.
- Demonstrated experience in anticipating emerging issues and proactively working with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to mitigate business risk exposure.
- Strong influencing skills with ability to effectively collaborate across the business to build a strong risk culture .
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to synthesize data and to summarize it in meaningful ways
- Agility and ability to adapt to a variety of environments, changing priorities, and different communication and operating styles
- Ability to make excellent and well justified decisions in complex and high-pressured situations.
- Ability to provide leadership, vision, and direction for an effective, efficient, and consistent evaluation and management of strategic and all other material risks for the organization .
- Excellent communications skills and ability to advise the leadership team on complex, cross-functional issues and decisions that impact the organization’s ability to effectively manage its risk exposure
- Focus on operational efficiency and speed of execution for key priorities.
