The Role

This exciting opportunity as a Senior Sales Executive with Korn Ferry Advisory (previously known as Korn Ferry Hay Group) sits at the forefront of the evolution in the Human Capital Consulting space.
Our combination of high-quality compensation data, sound science, and market-leading IP and technology helps clients to resolve specific people challenges consistently, cost-effectively, and in line with their organizational rewards strategy. This role will have a primary focus on selling compensation management solutions to senior stakeholders, creating long-term relationships with clients.  In addition, the Senior Sales Executive will work with other Korn Ferry consultants to broaden the conversation with clients and create additional opportunity for growth.

Key Accountabilities
* Develop and execute on individual sales plans and coordinated go-to-market campaigns to achieve personal targets through new business development
* Maintain and expand relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities to introduce the full range Korn Ferry products and services, offering value to clients as a trusted advisor in complex buying situations
* Develop a deep knowledge and expertise of Korn Ferry’s rapidly evolving SaaS product suite and its applications across HR functions, specifically in the compensation management space
* Create interactions with senior executives and key contacts in target accounts to build rapport and understand their key business, HR and compensation management needs
* Develop, present and propose complex client solutions
* Coordinate end-to-end account planning and partner with Korn Ferry resources to support operational execution of new client sales
* Support larger organizational initiatives to expand the business and drive client excellence
* Seek to find ways to add value above and beyond the specific day-to-day jobs to be done


Job Requirements:
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of B2B consultative selling experience in a SaaS or human capital management (HCM) environment
* Proven track record of top performance in the acquisition of new clients, building business relationships with C-level executives and driving revenue growth
* Fundamental understanding of sales methodology, including social selling, targeted prospecting strategies and value positioning
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field (Master’s degree an asset)
* Advanced knowledge of business and financial concepts
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with senior stakeholders on complex business issues 
* Strong interpersonal and team skills required for client and internal interactions 
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced culture and operate effectively in a team-selling environment
* High levels of organizational awareness and an ability to develop a broad network of contacts in other parts of Korn Ferry
* Proficiency in SaaS/CRM/Microsoft applications and able to learn new systems quickly
