The Role

We are looking for a natural leader to take Korn Ferry’s strategic relationship with Salesforce and other SI partners to the next level. Your primary objective will be to drive long-term growth in new markets as it relates to our new talent suite products. You will be responsible for global vision, strategy and execution plans for our partners. You should have a consistent record of developing, negotiating and signing revenue-generating deals with technology partners. Success depends on your ability to blend high-level strategy, product knowledge, industry expertise, and pragmatic considerations.

Key Accountabilities
* Create & orchestrate the overall partner/alliance account strategy
* Identify key business leaders and build and maintain long-term relationships with Alliance, Sales and Business influencers and buyers 
* Proactively pursue business development opportunities with prospective and existing KF clients to meet renewal, new account, and conversion goals
* Work with KF Partners/CCOs to identify potential opportunities and drive increased sales & product adoption
* Understand and articulate compelling value propositions around the product(s) to accelerate customer adoption
* Work with product leadership to support internal business development and as-needed efforts to "sell to" clients
* Establish global vision, strategy and partner business plans with key partners
* Identify and prioritize partner opportunities in alignment with Company, Product and Market Group goals
* Design, develop and validate creative solution offerings in key vertical and horizontal solution areas
* Lead priority initiatives and build detailed roadmaps that align the day-to-day focus with Korn Ferry strategic priorities
* Creatively structure, negotiate and execute complex strategic partnership agreements
* Expand executive relationships across partner service lines
* Continuously assess alliance performance metrics and outcomes
* Make actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus across senior level partners Technical Skills 
* Verbal Communication: Acts with expertise as the organization's authority on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.

* Action Planning: Applies expertise to act as the organizational authority on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
* Policy and procedures: Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
* Data Collection and analysis: Works independently and provides guidance and training to others on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
* Data Management: Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on acquiring, organizing, protecting and processing data to fulfill business objectives.
* Customer and Market Analysis: Applies expertise to serve as the organizational authority on conducting research and analyzing data in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments. 


Job Requirements:
Skills & Experience
* General Experience: Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to a fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years )
* Managerial Experience: Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years) Education
* General Education: University / Post Graduate (Masters Degree)
