Job Description:
TimeSolv is looking for a Customer Sales Success Manager who is willing to grow with the continued growth of the company. Looking for a talented and competitive B2B Sales and Support Person that thrives in a fast but fun environment. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable training prospects and closing sales. In addition, working as a customer support person. Will be making numerous calls per day.
Compensation: Base salary + commission + benefits ($40K-$55K based on experience)
Responsibilities

Demos and training
∑ Perform online training and demos
∑ Take control of the sales process and own customerís success

Customer Tech Support
∑ Become an expert in TimeSolvís products
∑ Resolve customer issues using screen sharing and phone conversation
∑ Escalate and resolve customer issues and manage customerís expectations with timely


Job Requirements:
∑ 2-3 years Legal billing experience
∑ 2-3 years phone sales or customer support experience
∑ Tech savvy - understanding of personal computers, use of Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and the Internet.
∑ Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls per day
∑ Experience working with Hubspot, or similar CRM preferred
∑ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
∑ Active listening and communication skills
∑ Excellent email communications skills
∑ Persuasive and confident
∑ Enjoys helping others, especially improving customerís business
∑ Accounting experience preferred
