Business Analyst, Senior
Perform project tasks independently and direct the efforts of others. Participate and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract. Analyze and optimize business processes to support overall business operations and technology enablement, usage, and adoption. Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues. Review deliverables for accuracy and quality. Assist clients with the transition from spreadsheet and Outlook-based processes to a modern work management solution.
-5+ years of experience with consulting or the client industry
-Experience with prioritizing the workload effectively to meet deadlines and work objectives
-Experience with deriving business processes and analyzing current state processes
-Experience with developing and documenting business requirements
-Experience with presenting to the client or end-user
-Ability to write clearly and concisely to appeals to a wide audience
-Ability to use process and productivity metrics to support the development and coordination of a key regulatory and review information management structure, including development of stewardship to ensure information integrity, quality, and consistency
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-2+ years of experience with services or federal consulting
-2+ years of experience in working with Lean Six Sigma
-2+ years of experience with business process modeling tools
-2+ years of experience with business process re-engineering
-Experience with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
-Possession of excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including working independently with minimal guidance and exercising mature judgment
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a business-related field
