We are looking for a professional Recruiting Support Team Member!
Job Details for Recruiting Support Team Member:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (Day Shifts Ony and No Weekends!)
- Pay Rate: $12-15/hr depending on experience (salaried)
- Contract 3-6 months
Job Responsibilities & Description for Recruiting Support Team Member:
- Post available PeopleShare jobs on a variety of online job boards
- Source and review resumes for qualified candidates
- Set appointments with candidates for recruiters to interview
- Adhere to daily and weekly metrics as posted by the Program Manager
- Support back office functions of a recruiting team when needed. Including but not limited to: application support, candidate experience, background checks, drug test ordering, etc.
Job Requirements for Recruiting Support Team Member:
- High School Diploma, some college preferred but not required
- Phone or office experience, outbound phone experience preferred
- Basic knowledge in computer literacy
- Bubbly and outgoing personality
- Professional demeanor
- Goal oriented and "can-do" teamwork attitude!
