HR Systems Coordinator I



The purpose of this role is to maintain the Human Resources Systems' data and processes designed to capture the colleague life-cycle, which incorporates recruitment, onboarding, career development, employee recognition, and offboarding activities. This is done by reviewing Human Resource (HR) forms for completion and accuracy prior to data entry, so the HR Systems remain current, accurate, and secure. To assist with completion and accuracy initiatives, this role will respond to inquiries and provide guidance to job applicants, colleagues, managers, and external agencies when necessary. Upon review, enters or uploads the data from HR forms into the appropriate HR System. Once entered or uploaded, validates the data within the HR System.




  • Ensures HR Systems are functional with current data by reviewing and processing HR forms in accordance with established guidelines, so issues are administered quickly and accurately.

  • Serves as the point of contact for assistance with job applicant self-service, colleague self-service, and manager self-service activities.

  • Validates the accuracy of both manual data entry and the data upload processes.

  • May assist with reporting and analysis through the generation of periodic reports or compilation of statistics.











Education: High School Diploma or GED







Experience: 1-2 years performing general data entry within Payroll, HR, Billing, Medical Coding, or similar function required. Prior iCIMs, Workday, and UltiPro experience preferred.
