Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistance Maintenance Technician for our property at MacArthur Park in Irving, TX.
This is a Full Time position.
Job Requirement
• MINIMUM of 2+ years prior maintenance experience working in the multi-site and residential industry
• HVAC Certification REQUIRED
• Must have experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair and Pools
• Assist with various projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance Manager
• Assist with completing service requests
• Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments
• Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
• Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
