We're working on behalf of a 63-bed community hospital that has been serving the Southern Chester County community for more than 100 years. Featuring all private rooms that serves the needs of the patients and their families, the hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services, including 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic care, orthopedics, and surgical services. With more than 75 medical staff members, the hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and has been recognized for its quality outcomes and clinical expertise across services lines.

Looking for a great opportunity with a healthcare leader? We seek candidates with a Bachelors degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field and strong experience as an HR Leader for the role of Human Resources Director. In this role you will plan, coordinate, and administer human resource strategic plans and all related programs. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. You will develop, communicate, and administer policies and procedures. You will provide employee relations support throughout the organization. You will facilitate leadership training and other identified training for employees and leadership. You will manage the application of organizational compensation programs: executive, management, salaried and hourly. You will manage benefit programs for the Hospital. You will manage the Employee Health function for the Hospital. You will ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and strong experience in human resources as a Generalist as well as experience as an HR Leader. Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a high sense of urgency. Must have strong business acumen. Must have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Must possess strong project management and process improvement skills. Must have experience facilitating training as well as focus groups. Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively balance between the needs of an organization and the needs of employees. Must have demonstrated experience in leading staff through change, coaching and developing staff. Must be accessible, collaborative, resourceful, approachable, positive, visible, & responsive. Must have experience developing, coaching and advising managers on employee engagement, policies, procedures.
