* Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services.
* Stay up to date on offerings, products and specials for the company.
* Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service.
* Complete after-call information and data entry to the system.
* 1yr experience in a Call Center environment.
* High School Diploma
* Reliable high speed internet connectivity required (computer, phone, and headset will be provided).
