A Mass Media Communication Specialist for Prospective Students from South America at our company must be able to perform the following complex tasks: [1] Oversee, supervise, and manage by objectives (MBO) all print and digital media, including social media utilizing media effect theories and concepts including selective perceptions, exposure, retention, gate keeping, framing, flow (multi-step), bullet, gratification, cultivation, limited effects, agenda setting theory, framing theory, spiral of silence theory, authoritarian theory, libertarian theory, social responsibility theory, cognitive dissonance, rhetorical theory, argumentation theory and word choice to effectively promote the company and solicit prospective students from South America. Further, he will update messages on various social channels (ie. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) identifying opportunities for real-time social posts, blogs, videos, photos, and news, utilizing and balancing passive and active approaches to cover upcoming art events, newly implemented programs, and courses focusing on Prospective Students from South America; [2] Develop, design and optimize all creative concepts including storyboards, videos, photo slideshows, campaign materials, advertisements, social posts, social ads, and other social media maintaining image and message consistency overcoming barriers (ie. ladder of inference, attitudinal, and systematic) across all platforms. Further, he will develop creative communication publications in press statements, fact sheets, weekly highlights, marketing bulletins, organizational announcements development, mass email, mass mail, websites, blogs, and videos, effectively communicating and construing programs, courses, and events. Additionally, he will create concepts for social media campaigns by analyzing social channels for opportunities to implement engagement tactics (ie. social listening, live video, chatbots, direct messaging, augmented reality, ephemeral content, and user-generated content) and utilize cognitive, affective and conative message strategies, special orientation methods to captivate prospective students from South America; [3] Identify, analyze and research additional emerging social platforms providing interpretations on dynamic digital ecosystems (search, social, native, display), and evaluation of the 7 Cís (credibility, context, content, clarity, continuity and consistency, channels, and capability of audience). Further, he will actively follow competitors in the industry news to identify trends and topics, (ie. tracking social media analytics and media tactics), support inquiries on forums (ie. blogs, and social media), analyze strategic communications (ie. quantitative and qualitative methods, descriptive, univariate, multivariate and inferential statistical methods) and minimize impacts from crises and risk (CERC).

Job Requirements:
The minimum requirement for entry into the offered position is a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with concentration in specialty courses relevant to the position.
