Wages: $15.00/hourly, 40 hours per week
Work Conditions: Day, Evening, Weekends
Job Duties:
• Planting, Cultivating and harvesting crops
• Spraying and Fertilizing
• Removing weeds, sorting and grading all the farm produce
• Maintaining Equipment
• Examine Produce for quality and preparation for market
• Ensuring health and Safety procedures are followed
• Detecting disease and health problems in crops
• Ability to work outside and lift 50Lbs
Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast-pace environment, Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, Physical demanding, walking bending crouching and kneeling.
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical Thinking, Continuous Learning.
