We are in need of an administrative assistant to work in a great company located in Birmingham, AL. This is a contract position for one year. The pay rate would be $15.00 per hour. The candidate we choose will need to travel to FL for training. We will pay for the travel, this will be for a week of 4 days. If you are interested please send me your resume.The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:· Ordering office and kitchen supplies; stocking kitchen and supply closets· Assisting the job site management team with projects, filing, supporting event and meeting planning processes· Maintaining office bulletin boards· Payroll for filed employees· Data Entry on Accounts Payable· Processing New hire paperwork . Other responsibilities as needed.Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:· 2+ years of previous administrative experience· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills· Strong organizational and time management skills· Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized· Able to work job site hours Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm plus if needed.
