require an experienced Operations Manager- Administrative Services, responsible for day to
day management of the entire Organization and Team.

Main Duties
 Ensure that high quality service standards are achieved through effective processes
and customerís auto and equipment shopping experience is satisfactory and reliable;
 Supervision and proactive communication with sales staff and trained technicians to
identify operational issues and to resolve them;
 Identify and resolve operational issues, problems and recognize opportunities to
improve activities of the business;
 Resolve and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently;
 Prepare reports and briefs for management evaluation and administration
services of Adgod Inc;
 Provide coordination and communication between support functions;
 Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments of Adgod
Inc to improve efficiency and performance;
 Prepare and compile daily, weekly, monthly performance records and measure results
to stated service center objectives;
 Help maintain superior internal and external customer relations, consistent with
company policies;
 Recruit, train and mentor staff, as well as hold staff accountable for productivity.

 Accountable for meeting performance targets, including for on-time performance,
safe and efficient operations;
 Develop and update standard operating procedures and policies to improve efficiency
and ultimately performance;
 Provides all operational data required for reporting in a timely manner.
 Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with policies and
procedures, safety rules and regulations.
