Job Description:

The Department of Neurology, Division of Multiple Sclerosis is searching for a Clinical Business Operation Representative that provides clinical and administrative support to the Infusion Center in our Boca Raton location. The selected candidate under the supervision of the Division Administrator and the APRN will obtain authorizations of medications and nursing services for patients looking to receive infusion services at the Infusion Center in Boca Raton. Educate patients about available foundations that provide financial assistance. Educate and connect patients with transportation services provided for to Multiple Sclerosis patients. Maintain update log of medications and provide monthly reports. Order medications and maintain inventory sufficient to cover scheduled visits. Schedule patient for infusion services to maximize infusion-chairs utilization levels. Confirm appointments to ensure late cancellation and non-show rate is kept to a minimum. Position will be located in Boca Raton Uhealth clinic but requires bimonthly visits to our main office in downtown Miami.

Minimum requirements are a High School diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.

Failure to meet this requirement will result in rescinding or termination of employment.
