Job Summary



  • As a member of Business Adoption, this role will have the opportunity to work closely with the Company's BT organization to develop and implement Training materials, leveraging modern tools and techniques for web-based training (WBT), microlearning, and fit-for-purpose delivery within this research-based pharmaceutical company.

  • This role will need to understand technical capabilities including Microsoft Surface Hubs, Advanced Analytics, IIoT and Artificial Intelligence in manufacturing settings to enable the rapid adoption of new capabilities.

  • Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes. Implements training administration processes, including records management.

  • Schedules, plans and delivers instructor-led training sessions.

  • Must possess ability to explain complex technical concepts and tasks.

  • Training role globally advances colleague and organizational performance by providing targeted learning solutions aligned with leadership strategies and goals.

  • This is a contractor position will be based in Peapack, NJ, and may require travel up to 20%.

  • Advises projects on training requirements, standards and processes

  • Designs and develops training materials to educate users on the correct way to operate applications in support of business processes

  • Implements training administration processes, including records management

  • Schedules, plans and delivers instructor-led training sessions.

  • Instructor - Delivers instructor-led training.

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in order to explain complex ideas and tasks.


Responsibilities



  • In support of the PGS Digital Transformation program, develop learning products to be used to train users in new digital tools for manufacturing in support of a blended learning strategy including:

  • Web-based training courses

  • Micro-learning

  • User Guides

  • Training Presentations

  • Infographics

  • Work with Digital Transformation team management to define appropriate learning strategies

  • Work with technical development teams in an agile environment to understand new applications being developed; define and document training requirements

  • Complete a training needs analysis to define the training needs of stakeholders

  • Deliver instructor led training courses live and via webex

  • Define and deliver processes to gather learner and management feedback on training, measure training impact and effectiveness


Qualifications
Education



  • Bachelors / 4 year college degree

  • Years of Experience 5-7.
