Permanent Position: we require 1 full-time permanent position for office manager.

Terms of employment: permanent full-time

Wage Rate: $23.50 per hour (40 hours per week)

Overtime Wage: $35.25 per hour

Number of Positions: 1

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Education: High School

Experience: Minimum experience of 1 years as office manager is required.

Language: Basic knowledge of English is required

Job duties:

• To Plan, organize and look after the complete office activities and related issues

• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures

• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are
met and procedures are followed

• Maintain employee work schedule including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, paid time -off, cover absenteeism and overtime scheduling.

• synchronize and plan for various office services such as monthly reminders, parking, maintenance and other business-related issues

• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation

• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Employment requirements:

• Completion of high school is required

• Minimum 2-3 year of related experience is required.

• As per employment standard act

• Vacation pay,10 days paid vacation

• Overtime after 40 hours/week
