We are looking to add on a recruiting manager to our team. This individual would work directly under the recruiting director.

Job Discerption



  • Recruit via phone, text message, mail in applications, web-page/ internet applications, referrals, cold calls, LinkedIn

  • Run background checks

  • Deal with sensitive & confidential information

  • Make sound hiring decisions

  • Assist recruiting director with advertising and special projects when necessary.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of one to two years of sales experience

  • Must be comfortable with establishing relationships OVER THE PHONE

  • Highly pro-active and internally driven

  • Work well independently and in a team environment
