Eurofins is searching for a Client Services Manager I in Madison, WI or Greenfield, IN.




Client Services Manager I responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:




·Manage all aspects of quote, proposal and RFI development for assigned opportunities; adhering to agreed-upon BU-specific and enterprise-wide proposal and pricing processes




·Manage opportunities autonomously, establishes clear timelines to meet client requirement, anticipates obstacles and provides solutions




·Reviews RFP/quote requests to ensure full understanding of client requirements




·Works with Operations, Finance, Account Executives and others to compile proposal response




·Ensures timely delivery of assigned proposals to clients




·Performs data entry into SFDC, CMS, and others databases as appropriate (e.g. updates, proposal number requests and generating both regularly scheduled and impromptu reports) where applicable




·Manage client-facing and senior management-facing activities surrounding assigned opportunities




·Identifies and resolves issues around client inquiry requirements and Eurofins capabilities




·Maintains appropriate knowledge of the technical and regulatory environments




·Creates and implements new processes as standards to improve business as a result of process projects assigned




The ideal candidate would possess:




·Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills




·Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail




·Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude




·Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies




·Demonstrated technical expertise and experience applying analytical chemistry as a tool for the agricultural and biotechnology food industry segment.




Minimum Required:




·Minimum of 4 years direct CRO/pharma or other business-related experience preferred




Basic Minimum Qualifications:




·Bachelors degree in a scientific, business or related field (or equivalent work experience)




·Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship




·Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact




·Demonstrated computer skills - requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)




·Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize




·Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills




·Proven ability to work independently




·Knowledge of other software applications (i.e. SFDC) preferred




·Ability to work to deadlines




·Strong analytical skills




·Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with clients and senior management




·Positive attitude and sense of urgency




·Flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones outside core working hours




·Occasionally working extended hours in order to adhere to client deliverable timelines




·Able to travel for training, client visits, and trade shows (5-10%)




Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Madison, WI or Greenfield, IN are encouraged to apply.
