Job Description:

We are looking for an individual to join our Audit Resource Management team in our NYC office. If you have good communication and organizational skills, work well under pressure and can roll up your sleeves to get the job done, then this is an ideal role for you. This role works closely with all levels of employees in the Audit practice, as well as the Partners in Charge of the offices, and the HR, Operations and Talent Development teams.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist with administrative tasks in ordinance with the firms scheduling system known as ProStaff

  • Assist with onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the firm

  • Help employees gain appropriate experiences for their career progression

  • Assistance with scheduling placements for employees

  • Prepare various reports and presentations for Senior Leadership

  • Various administrative tasks as needed

  • Assist with conflict resolution and negotiation amongst engagement teams

  • Ability to grow and take on additional responsibility as the firm's headcount increases




Required Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration and/or Accounting

  • 1-3 years working experience in a corporate environment, preferable a professional services firm (internship experience acceptable)

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
