We are looking to add a Field Associate Lead to our Consumer Testing group in Livermore, CA




The Consumer Testing group is part of our Eurofins Food Integrity and Innovation network of companies. We are a full service consumer testing company providing consultative services to the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Using a variety of quantitative and qualitative testing techniques, together with our clients, we evaluate consumer and product data to produce clear and meaningful insights.




The Product Design Team is making our future more fun. Developing healthier, more natural snacks. Creating new foods with plant based proteins. Drawing out the winning flavors for kids. Bottling that new energy shot. Making sure that new foods and beverages are manufactured safely and consistently. As a Field Associate - Lead, you will be fully trained in all functions on site including server, host, kitchen and moderator. The lead position will represent Eurofins Food Integrity and Innovation, promoting a positive work environment and leading the entire execution team and process on the day of the study. The lead will be responsible for organizing the test area, training staff on study specifics, maintaining quality of all functional areas and acting as a mentor and role model to other staff. The specific accountabilities assigned to this position are numerous and varied but three areas are of particular focus:

Eurofins is searching for a Field Associate Lead in Livermore, CA




Field Associate Lead responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:




*Provides leadership and mentoring to Field Associate staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment




*Responsible for organization, quality and consistency of their focus area to ensure tests are executed with control, consistency and defect-free.




*Able to solve issues as they arise, exhibiting sound and accurate judgment. Adapts and offers improvement ideas.




*Mentor and Trainer to the team - Reviews the daily execution plans with the team so they are clearly understood; Makes self available to staff; Fosters quality focus in others; Gives appropriate recognition to others.




*Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, fully understanding test parameters and expectations of focus area to ensure control of all variables.




*Ensure all quality check points are understood and completed consistently by team throughout the test




*Looks for ways to improve and promote quality




*Catches issues and offers solutions to situations that arise




*Meets challenges with resourcefulness




*Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands;




*Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.




The ideal candidate would possess:

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude




*Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies




Basic Minimum Qualifications:




*Minimum of high school diploma or a GED equivalent certificate from a certified institution




*One to two years of related experience and/or training and Safe Serve certified preferred




*Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship




Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Livermore, CA are encouraged to apply.
