Eurofins is searching for a Salesforce System Administrator in Madison, WI.

Salesforce System Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·Serve as "super user" Eurofins CRM system, possessing full knowledge of the system and associated tools, including functionality, troubleshooting and administrative support

·Establish and maintain relationships with all functional areas using, including Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, etc.

·Serve as key member of the Automation Project Management team

·Facilitate and support the Governance Process for Eurofins

·Perform daily operations of the system, including:

·Setup and maintenance of role-based access via profiles and permissions

·Monitor feedback within the system and respond to end-user queries

·Serve as first-line contact for end-users and Technology Team

·Coordinate training programs, including working with the Business Application Manager to identify new features / functionality training needs and providing administrative support for Automation training needs

·Assist with the development and documentation of business and functional requirements and all implementations related to stand alone functionality and system integration needs, including testing of new enhancements and documentation

·Design and manage workflows, new screens, fields and reports in accordance with the automation strategy

·Demonstrated understanding of the underlying technical requirements for Sales Force Automation and Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory and Internet Information Server (IIS)

·Liaise with IT technical resources related to system support and expansion, (i.e. Single Sign On, legacy system integration, mobile platform, etc.)

The ideal candidate would possess:

·Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

·Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

·Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

·Bachelors Degree required

· Administration Certification 1 required, advanced certifications desirable

·In lieu of educational requirements, must have at least 4 years prior related experience with or other CRM system

·2-5 years prior related experience working as system administrator

·Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products especially Excel, Powerpoint

·Familiarity with other IT systems/business application capabilities in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points

·Strong knowledge of Reporting and Business Intelligence tools

·Experience working with a B2B sales organization

·Ability to understand internal customer needs and develop appropriate solutions with regard to sales force automation needs and SFDC capabilities

·Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an audience appropriate manner

·Sets high standards of performance; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments

·Sound judgment with effective decision making skills and the ability to solve problems independently

·Ability to think and perform tasks independently

·Ability to work within a virtual and a matrix environment

·Effective planning, organizing and time management skills

·Experience in development of formal and informal training content, a plus

·Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., with additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Madison, WI are encouraged to apply.
