This position is responsible for ensuring alignment on standards, tools and processes relating to PS projects across US PS functions. This position will ensure the application of the Hoshin Kanri approach to translate the company strategy in tangible plans with appropriate risk evaluation and resource allocation. The incumbent will be in charge of facilitating a series of processes within US Product Supply that are directly linked to the achievement of the local objectives: establishment of the PS budget (project part), and management of third party manufacturing.


  • The incumbent will work close with global TPM in Product Supply and local Supply Chain organization. This role will partner with QA, Supply Chain and MSST to support product quality, lead time and address production issues.

  • Primary point of contact for the Supply Chain organization with third party manufacturing and packaging.

  • Execute projects and build long-term relationships with TPMs

  • Incumbent supports the ongoing commercial and manufacturing operations within the assigned sites, including product supply logistics, capacity/planning, capabilities assessment, inventory control, component purchasing, quality services, cost control and engineering.

  • Focused on new product launch/life cycle management for existing U.S. product to achieve a smooth transition to commercial on

  • Manages and drives activities independently and in collaboration with local and global units.

  • Participates in relevant meetings, prepares minutes, tracks progress / deliverables and ensures follow-up

  • Reviews and analyze launch tasks, assess risk and provide recommendations for mitigation

  • Ensures that correspondence with internal and external stakeholders is performed

  • Ensures appropriate compliance with SOPs, and guidelines requirements


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Ideally completed a MBA or other graduate degree

  • 7+ years' experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Product Supply or project management

  • Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing environment

  • Able to communicate Ferring Values and needs

  • Ability to build and maintain trust and long-term relationships with TPMs

  • Ability to travel and meet with TPMs across the U.S.

  • Ability to manage multiple, competing projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines

  • First-rate written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across the organization

  • Ability to influence and work well with individuals at different levels of the organization

  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic agility

  • Willingness to work hard and take direction, ownership and accountability for work

  • High-energy, agile-minded, proactive and can-do attitude

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements and establish new processes

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical skills
