Job Description:
Are you passionate about building a start-up landscape construction division for an established dynamic fast-growing company? If you enjoy being entrepreneurial minded and rolling up your sleeves to dig into every aspect of landscape construction including developing operations with new business, negotiating profitable contracts and best practices, we want to speak with you.

Operations: Build a high growth organization focused on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Create best practices, processes, strategies and performance metrics for continual improvement.
Establish and achieve revenue, profit, production and safety goals.
Develop relationships with clients and architects to establish new business, participate in estimating and proposals, create demand by demonstrating expertise and effective problem solving.
Manage and ensure that all projects are performed according to contract, within budget, on schedule and to customer satisfaction recommending corrective action when necessary.
Ensure operation efficiencies with subcontractor contracts, controlling costs, obtaining necessary permits, making final inspections.
Prompt investigation and resolution of all challenges, complaints and emergencies.

Client Development: Achieve growth and profitability with effective client relationships, new business development and opportunities for long term growth.
Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for new prospects and new markets.
Network and represent the company at professional networking opportunities.

Financial: Manage all financial aspects including budgets, schedules, reports, forecasting, P&L, estimating, contracts, cost controls, resources, assets and expenses tracking performance and implementing long term corrective actions to increase revenue and profitability.

Leadership: Manage, train and mentor a high performance, results oriented team focused on profitability and optimizing projects, safety and customer satisfaction ensuring customer retention and project renewals.
Share our passion for performance, customer service, growth, and profitability by leading, motivating and working with each person to maximize their contribution to continuous improvement.
Promptly investigate and resolve any conflicts and customer complaints in a professional manner.
Communicate and collaborate with senior management and other departments.


Job Requirements:
Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience building and managing a landscape construction division focused on developing new business and optimizing operations, employees, customer relationships, safety, financial management and project management
A minimum of a four-year degree in engineering or related field and P.E. License preferred.
