Job Title: Administrative Services Co-ordinator (NOC 1221)
Location: SCARBOROUGH, ON
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent full-time
Vacancy: 1
Wages: $24.25/hour

Job duties:
• Prepare invoices and company brochures and administer policies and procedures related to processing records
• Compile data, statistics and other information to support in company’s inventory
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures and company policies
• Prioritize and oversee payments to suppliers on timely basis to ensure the smooth business operations
• Co-oridinate to ensure the each department budgets are timely prepared, approved and strictly followed
• Assist in preparation of operating budget, periodic reports on company sales
• Monitor daily activities and operations of the office or department
• Write and distribute email, correspondence and letters

Experience and Education Requirement:
• Completion of a university degree
• Over two year working experience in this field
• Good communication and leadership skills
