Job Description:

As the Senior Manager on the CWT Business Insights team, you will have responsibility and accountability for the Business Insight Consultant offering globally for Solutions Group. You will serve as a coach and mentor to a team of Managers and Consultants. The Business Insights team resides within the global consulting organization, with a mission to empower the achievement of our client's objectives through increased data visibility, business intelligence, and analytics. The Consultants are responsible for managing all aspects of Fortune 500 global clients' travel data and reporting programs, to ultimately deliver insights and recommendations to optimize travel costs and manage global corporate travel programs.

Lead, support and promote the Business Insights team internally and externally
Accountable for an annual revenue target and responsible to manage expenses sufficiently to ensure profitability expectations for the offering are met
Responsible for sales strategy and support and organizing resource management
Assists the Data Insights Director with managerial direct reports; provide coaching, product strategy development and skill development along with standard managerial expectations
Lead strategic engagements around global organization and processes, policy, demand management, data, reporting, and communication
Create & execute comprehensive client engagements to grow the foundational solutions business
Identify, champion, and lead team development, growth initiatives, and innovation opportunities to continually improve the business
Support development pipeline of sales prospects in collaboration with SG and CWT business development teams
Review and define current market-ready products and services against potential market needs
People manager responsibilities for performance reviews with ongoing mentorship and coaching
Facilitate and/or support training for both onboarding new employees and also for ongoing team development
Ensure customer satisfaction and implement changes as needed

*Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related field
*Previous people management experience required, experience leading a team critical
*Demonstrated expertise with data and analytics consulting preferred
*Client management experience improving travel programs and delivering advanced analyses and insights
*Experience in data modeling, data analysis, data consolidation, and data management
*Highly organized, with ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks
*Demonstrated leadership and initiative: leading self, teams, and the client
*Sound judgment, advanced problem solving and decision making capabilities
*Effectively communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences
*Experience working in a highly matrixed and global environment with a variety of stakeholders
