Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner will perform full-cycle recruiting for internal hiring leaders within this leading pharmaceutical company.


  • Provides guidance and support to HR Business Partners in assessing, interviewing, and selecting best-in-class talent.

  • Partners with hiring managers to define qualifications and develop job candidate profiles to be used in sourcing and selection.

  • Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.

  • Implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers including but not limited to job posting optimization, job board placement, digital and non-digital employment opportunity marketing.

  • Attend career fairs and networking events as required.

  • Partner with the Associate Director to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.

  • Organize and manage interview schedules.

  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.

  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

  • Partner with Associate Director on branding initiatives and Talent project work.

  • Facilitate pre-employment testing as required and administer and register all new hires for background checks and drug screening.

  • Manage applicant tracking system; maintain accurate and current application data base.

  • Extend offers of employment within company procedures; manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.

  • Partner with HRBP and Manager to ensure new hires are supported and on-boarding information is provided. Conduct training and scheduling of employees new hire orientation.

  • Keep current with sourcing strategies, industry trends and bring creative approach to all openings.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.


  • A minimum of 5 plus years' experience in recruiting and human resources preferably in health care, pharmaceutical, bio-tech or life science industry.

  • Experience in utilizing various candidate resources including but not limited to: job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.

  • Human resources knowledge including federal and state laws.

  • Experience in managing applicant data bases and applicant tracking systems.


  • High emotional intelligence and desire to connect with others

  • Extremely adept at planning and organizing

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Strong problem analysis/solving skills, innovative and creative

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Ability to effectively handle confidential information
