Job Description:
Permanent Position: Farm Manager (NOC: 0821)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night,
Evening
Wage Rate: $18/hr, 40 hours per week.
Benefits: Accommodation will be provided @ $30/week. Relocation expenses & medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: High School
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant
experience.
Languages: Basic Knowledge of English.
Type of Farm Operations: Fruits and Field crops.
Job Duties:
• Manage the overall operations of vineyard
• Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown
• Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
• Hire and manage farm personnel
• Develop and keep financial and production records
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Perform farming duties.
Note: The farm manager may need to travel to different farm locations.

Essential Skills: Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, significant use of memory, Ability to manage people.
