Farm Supervisors (8253)
We are looking for 2 Farm Supervisors to join us at RJS Orchards LTD on a full time, permanent basis.
We are offering a salary of $ 19.00 per hour.
Successful candidates must have a secondary education, 1-2 years of experience in farm settings
Language: English
Benefits: As per employment standards act. 10 days of paid vacation; Accommodation also available on site for interested candidates
Must be able to fulfill the following duties
• Co-ordinate the activities of all farm workers
• Supervise harvest proceedings
• Create work schedules
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are being followed by all workers at all times
• Train new employees and assist workers in their duties as needed
• Oversee sorting and overall handling of produce to ensure highest possible quality of our products
