Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President responsible for the overall management of the Street & Active Brands for the company. This role is focused on the street brands within the portfolio and will act as the Lead on footwear partnerships and product development across the Street & Active portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the companyís overall strategy
Direct the overall Streetwear brand strategy, vision, positioning and architecture.
Develop strategies and execute programs to maximize the development of streetwear brands to be full lifestyle brands via wholesale, direct-to-retail, and other licensee relationships.
Implement brand guidelines to ensure all licensees execute on Licensorís direction
Manage and drive existing licensee partnerships, domestic & international for maximum revenue.
Analyze business models, negotiate and execute new license agreements to achieve strategic objectives and drive revenue growth.
Manage licensee products and partnerships to increase reach, visibility, awareness and meet revenue goals.
Ensure achievement of the brandís budget & financial goals.
Assist with the direction, implementation, execution and continuous improvement of the licensing processes.
Facilitate organization between cross-functional teams.
Analyze consumer, retail trends and information to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
Partner with Business Development and Legal to negotiate new licensing agreements and to close deals.

Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in licensing with skate, street and/or sneaker brands with exposure & responsibility for brand management, sales or licensing programs:
Proven track record in brand management and licensing with a significant sneaker or footwear business. Sport brands and global brand experience a plus.
Strong analytical and research skills
Strong relationships with key streetwear boutiques and channels of distribution
History/Understanding of how licensing deals are identified and negotiation.
Experience securing and managing licensing deals across a variety of product categories and channels of distribution.
Must have a relentless drive to succeed, win business and close deals
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Must exhibit excellent attention to detail and good organizational as well as follow-through skills.
Must have strong computer proficiency and well-versed in MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must be highly motivated and able to multi-task
Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel as the role requires.
Strong International experience and understanding of the international marketplace for streetwear brands and culture.
