Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Vice President Brand, the Senior Director, Brand is responsible for maintaining brand integrity, managing a portfolio of global licensees and ensuring Brand revenue targets are achieved. The Senior Brand Director will work closely with licensees to help execute the overall strategic vision of the brand and will also be responsible for prospecting and negotiating new license agreements, as well as identifying and securing new opportunities for the brand. Must be exceptionally well versed in Microsoft Excel. Must possess great organizational skills, communication skills, have the ability to manage cross-functional team projects and multi-task.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and execute programs to maximize expansion and development of wholesale, direct-to-retail, and other licensee relationships across a broad range of product categories.
Manage and drive existing licensee partnerships for maximum revenue.
Analyze business models, negotiate and execute new licensee agreements to achieve strategic objectives and drive revenue growth.
Manage licensee products and partnerships to increase reach, visibility, awareness and meet revenue goals.
Ensure achievement of the brandís budget & financial goals
Direct the overall brand strategy, vision, positioning and architecture
Assist with the direction, implementation, execution and continuous improvement of the licensing processes.
Facilitate organization between cross-functional teams.
Analyze consumer, retail trends and information to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
Negotiate new licensing agreements and partner with Business Development and Legal to close deals.


Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in brand marketing or licensing program management:

Proven track record in brand management and licensing. Sport brands and global brand experience a plus.
History/Understanding of how licensing deals are identified and negotiation.
Experience securing and managing licensing deals across a variety of product categories.
Ability to navigate multiple matrix organizations
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Must exhibit excellent attention to detail and good organizational and follow-through skills.
Must have strong computer proficiency and well-versed in MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel as the role requires
Strong International experience
