Job Description:

Clinical Business Development Manager

Location: Homebased in the continental US

ClinBrokers is a global specialty clinical provider to the pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO industry. Currently, we are looking to further grow our company by hiring a smart and savvy Business Development Professional, who is a true hunter for our US location.

Responsibilities:
• Generate new and repeat business by locating and identifying new business opportunities, developing and defining needs, and negotiating and closing business deal, and follow-up and follow through with details are important
• Promote ClinBrokers services throughout the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Diagnostic, Biotechnology and CRO industries
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing strategies, deal requirements, financials, evaluating options; resolving priority issues
• Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry functions and conferences
• Build and maintain strong relationships, not because you have to, but because you want to
• Attend industry-related functions

As a specialty niche clinical service provider, ClinBrokers is looking to hire an individual who can drive relationships and seize growth opportunities, and network throughout the industry for future partnership opportunities. To be successful in this role you should have a go-getter attitude and “hunter” sales mentality in conjunction with a medical or scientific background.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
• Excellent communication skills are a must (both verbal and written)
• Ability to cold-call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Proficient sales experience, comfortable and skilled in a ‘Hunter’s’ role couple with ethical standards
• Scientific background is a huge plus
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management
• Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close, and be good with numbers.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Be persuasive and goal-oriented; self-motivated and self-directed, upbeat and positive
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and re-prioritize on a moment’s notice, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with industry executives
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• At least 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in clinical research services market
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis (but most likely will not exceed 25%)
